Kakadu Cultural Tours
Run by the Djabulukgu Association, Kakadu Cultural Tours offers exclusive Aboriginal-guided experiences across Kakadu National Park and Western Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory.
Representing the Traditional Owners of Northern Kakadu, the association grants rare access to sacred sites, ancient rock art, and untouched wilderness usually off-limits to visitors.
Based in the Ubirr region, Kakadu Cultural Tours invites you to venture beyond the well-known galleries and discover hidden billabongs, sandstone escarpments, and living floodplains teeming with wildlife. You can also visit the Injalak Arts & Crafts Centre in Oenpelli, where you’ll meet local Aboriginal artists and gain insight into the region’s rich creative traditions.
There are three signature experiences on offer: take a cultural cruise along the East Alligator River, join a one-day 4WD cultural and heritage tour through Arnhem Land and Northern Kakadu, or stay two nights at Hawk Dreaming Wilderness Lodge – a remote and peaceful retreat that includes all meals and a guided river cruise.
Whichever experience you choose, each one is led by knowledgeable Aboriginal guides who share stories, traditions, and their deep connection to Country.
